Hi, I am temporarily renting out my apartment from June 15th to August 3rd because I will be traveling abroad during that period. The place is located in Multatuliweg, Almere, which takes only 10 minutes' walk to the NS Muziekwijk station, from which I take train every day to attend classes in University of Amsterdam. It is super convenient for people who need to commute to Amsterdam or Utrecht to work, study or travel, as you could reach Amsterdam Zuid/Muiderpoort in 20 mins, Amsterdam Centraal/Schiphol Airport in 30 mins, and Utrecht Centraal in 40 mins. Also, there is a large shopping complex right next to the train station with AH, blokker, a barber shop, and some fast-food restaurants. If you want to go to Almere Centrum, it will take only around 15 minutes' walk+bus or train. The apartment is a two-floor unit in a three-floor townhouse, which means everything above the ground floor is your place. This unit is completely self-contained with its own door and all you need to share with the tenant on the ground floor is the main ground entrance. The apartment itself is quite spacious with a state-of-art furnishing & decoration. The first floor has a large living+dining room with a 55-inches Samsung TV & a sonos soundbar; a well-equipped kitchen with a oven, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. On the second floor there are a study with a LG gaming monitor, a cherry mechanic keyboard, a big wardrobe, and more than sufficient lightning; a bathroom with washing & drying machines and a luxurious bathtub; and a cozy bedroom with a double bed. You are also free to use the 1Gbps super fast Internet with TV, the newly prepared towels and bed linens, and all the consumable daily necessities of the current tenant. There are only two rental options: 1. €1500 for the period between June 15th to August 3rd. 2. €1800 for the period between June 4th to August 3rd with certain conditions. (Contact me for further details. ) The payment should be arranged at once along with a €300 refundable deposit. Most importantly, I am looking for a resident who is: 1. Only in need of a temporary summer stay without registration. 2. Respectful of the privacy, the boundary, above all the personal properties of the current tenant and the neighbors. 3. A clean, tidy, polite, honest, well-behaved person with decency and credibility, having no bad living habit or addiction to substances. 4. In possession of sufficient financial resource for the on-time payment. 5. Able to stay in touch with the current tenant online for check-in, check-out and other issues. If you cannot meet all the criteria above, please consider other places.P.S.
