Spacious and bright room on the 8th floor available from the 1st week of August for an indefinite period. The room and apartment are fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, oven/microwave combo, washing and drying machine. There's also a basement storage. You would share the apartment with one person (male). You will have supermarkets and a tram station within 5min of walking. The tram station has a direct connection to Amsterdam Zuid. Quiet and relaxing area with water and nature nearby (10min biking to Amsterdamse Bos). Looking for an easy-going, clean and tidy person working between 26 and 30yo and with experience with house sharing. Documents needed: short introduction together with a copy of passport and proof of income. Important notes: desk and chair visible in the photos are not included (there's another desk available as part of the room as originally delivered).
