Hey all,I am looking for a co-tenant in a very spacious apartment located in Amstelveen and very close to public transport 4-5min by walk or less (Bus or Tram) it takes 20ish min to Amsterdam ZuidThe apartment is renovated and very well maintained (Sorry for the messy pictures, in reality, it's much better)Due to some personal reasons, I have to look for a co-tenant, I would be in favour of someone who is working already and who can afford the cost of living including the cost of the Apartment. The current Agency that is managing the Apartment will charge you for administrative work to create a new contract for an indefinite time period, I will be the holder of the contract as I am already, but your name will be there as well so that you can register in the municipality. The Apartment is equipped with everything, some of the furniture is mine but will be shared of course. The apartment has two rooms and in total approximately 80m2 (might be a bit more not sure) The room has no bed so this is something that you would need to buy or use Inflatable mattress that I used for guests, there is also a bed in the living room that can be moved in your room, depending on the choice of what you want. The cost I am looking to split is the following:Rent 1910EEnergy + Gas is approximately 150e a month during the summer and it's higher in the winter depending on the usage, I can share the cost insights from the app.Internet + TV is 47eThe deposit is 2k or two months' rent, this is the same amount I have paid so expecting this split as well, and also the cost of the Agency to adjust the contract is around 350ePlease let me know if you are interested, and share some details about you and your work, I am open to having a video call with you and also welcome you to look at the apartment at an agreed time.Interesse in deze woning?
