Hi All, Room available in shared apartment with another tenant living in there. From 1st of September, my current flatmate is moving out and his room is available. Room is funished with bed, closet and lamp that can be taken over for 400 euros.If you want to bring in your own furniture instead that's also possible. the deposit includes taking ownership of half of the funiture in the rest of the shared areas (couch, TV, washing machine and so on....)An Itemized description is available. The flatmate (me) is an Italian Engineer 28 years old. Relatively quiet at home but down for some social time. The neighborhood is quiet but with a few bars and gyms nearby.
