In our house a room of 9m2 will be available per the first of may (1-5-2023). The rent is €490 p/m incl. g/w/e. Registration is possible.The room is unfurnished, however it's possible to buy the bed (without mattress) and closet for €150. The bed measures 80x200 cm, but can be turned into a two-person bed. Metro station Postjesweg is two minutes walk. Mercatorplein 5 minutes by bike.The house has a shared kitchen (~20m2), a shared living room (~24m2), a shared terrace (~18m2) and a shared underground bike shed.
