The apartment is situated in De Pijp, less than a 3-minute walk from the metro station, and only 5 minutes from a nearby grocery store. The monthly rent is €889.25, excluding GWE (gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes), and there is a one-month deposit required.
