Clean and proper room of about 12 m² on a nice location in the North of Amsterdam, within walking distance of shopping center and public transport to e.g. Central Station of Amsterdam (via North / South line).The apartment in total itself is approximately 100 m² and is located on the third and fourth floor. You share the house with 3 other tenants (2 guys, one girl) who each have their own room. There is (apart from your own small kitchen) shared large kitchen, a shared bathroom with toilet and a shared balcony. We charge €150 for administration costs.
