Hi everyone!As one of our roommates is moving out we are looking for a new friendly person to join the flat.The available room is 11 m2, and rented unfurnished, but it may be possible to buy furniture from the previous roomie. Use of common spaces (living room/kitchen/toilet/bathroom/washer + dryer/storage room) is shared of course and you have balcony access via your roommates' rooms. The flat is located in Noord, conveniently just a few minutes walk from the North/South metro line, getting you from the front door to the center in just 10-15 minutes total! A small shopping mall is equally close by, with the major supermarkets and stores you can think of. The flat was renovated/freshened up in September 2020. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed overall. We tend to mind our own business on weekdays but also sometimes hang out in the living room together and have dinner or drinks etc. There are four people living here currently, Sintija (30), Sofia (27), Lefkothea or “Lef” (31) and Mik (25). Sintija is working at a marketing agency, Sofia works in sustainability consulting, Lef has just finished a Master’s in AI and Mik is a coffee roaster. We are looking for someone who is in a similar stage in life as us, so ideally a "young professional” (or maybe we’re getting old, haha!), but could also be a working student. We hope that you are a social being who enjoys hanging out with your flatmates from time to time and contributes to keeping the flat somewhat tidy. Rent is €790 including all bills. Also, cleaning of common spaces is done biweekly by an awesome cleaning lady!Some practicalities: Rental will start on September 17thAt least 1 year contract - this is decided by the landlordRegistration is possibleFlat is on the second floor, there’s a lift in the buildingLandlord is professional, reasonable and responsible - if things need to be fixed he makes sure it happens.
