Hi! I'm looking for one person or a couple that likes to take care of my house and plants while I'm away! I have a preference for ladies, as it is a very feminine house.This house is for someone that is looking for a quiet and warm refuge, who loves to hibernate throughout the winter. Smoking is not allowed. The walls aren't the thickest so the neighbors are conscious about this and the same is expected from you. Needless to say no parties/gatherings allowed. This is really for those that love to retreat in their own private home space. Its also a lovely place for those who work from home, as the study is on the south side so you'll have plenty of light (and peace and quiet) throughout the day! On the first floor there's one bedroom and one working space that could also be used for yoga or excercise. The attick provides some extra room as well for washing and laundry.It's in a lovely neighborhood, right behind the picturesque Nieuwendammerdijk and surrounded with nice and trendy cafe's and restaurants in the area. It's very safe and quiet, while you're in the center within 10 minutes on bike or metro. Or in the Dutch Vermeer/Van Gogh paintings in only 10 minutes when you bike into the other direction.The dates are not entirely fixed, so dont mind asking! There's registration possibility for one person!Tell me something more about yourself in your message please.
