Hey all!I'm looking for someone to replace my old housemate in a lovely two-bedroom apartment located in East Amsterdam.The room is 10m2 and is furnished with a bed, clothes rail and drawers. There is a spacious open plan living area, with a nice south facing balcony that gets a good amount of sun on the four days of the year the sun comes out. The area is very quiet and wholesome, but it's still super close to more central areas. It's also right near Artis for all you zoo fans out there. I feel very lucky to be living here.As for me, I'm originally from Australia, working full-time as an advertising creative. In my spare time I like to cook or go to the cinema, or just generally crash in my room and mentally/emotionally recover from the 9-5 slog. I'm looking for someone easy-going and respectful who helps keep communal areas tidy. All the usual stuff. Ideally looking for someone working full-time as well.The monthly rent and bills will be split between us on the contract and this will be around 1,050 (though depending on the energy bills this might be slightly less). Contract will be for a year (then might continue longer). Deposit is 800 euros.Warning: Some of the more decorative items in the photos are no longer here/will be going with my old housemate!
