I will travel from mid December until March 20th 2023. In my absence, I would like someone respectful and caring to enjoy my space. 900 EURO inclusive 450 EURO deposit required. No couples, students or pets (sorry!) shared apartment with 4 other internationals (1 female & 3 males) in their early 30s.☀️12 metre/sq bedroom. Entire apartment is 180 metre/sq across two floors. Big living room, rooftop terrace with a BBQ & sun chairs. The sun shines from sunrise to sunset. Lovely views of the Rijksmuseum and beyond. We have a weekly cleaning service included in the price. Sometimes we cook and enjoy drinks in the spacious living room and hang out together. Your own private space is equally respected. It’s your responsibility to clean up after cooking, help take out the garbage, respect the cleanliness of the shared bathroom and common living space. Local amenities - supermarkets - Dirk, Mr. Albert Heijn, Jumbo 5 minutes walking. - Lots of nice cafes, restaurants and museums.- You’re smack-bang between everything - De Pijp, Heinekenplein, and Overtoom.
