Dear house seeker.Please read the ad well and confirm this to me in your response. If you don’t fit the profile I might not reply. I’m looking for a working female candidate at least 25 years old who is planning to stay in Amsterdam for a longer period of time. Preferably a non-smoker without pets. Visitors are permitted but I would prefer that guests not stay overnight. It is not suited for couples or homeworkers.The studio located in Westerpark and is 18sqm in size.There is good accessibility as public transport is nearby and the central station is only a 10 min bicycle ride away. Reaching the highway (A10) is also easy . There is a small shopping street with +/- 30 shops, bars & restaurants within 200 m. Westerpark entertainment area is also very close by. It has cinemas, theatres, clubs and regularly hosts events like concerts/food festivals/dance events etc.The rent is € 800. Until recently I asked for € 650 but because of the drastic increase in energy prices I regrettably have to ask € 150 to cover these costs. I don’t want to feel guilty in asking this amount so having a decent income in able to pay this and still live well is important. It is available from the 5th of December for an indefinite period of time. Furnished with a bed, couch dining table and lots of storage space for its size. I would like the furniture to stay and not to be replaced. The studio has central heating as well as air-conditioning. The kitchenette is rather basic but has a full size fridge, half size electric cooker, tea maker toaster cutlery pots and pans etc. Its size and lack of exhaust hood makes it less suited for foodies though. For washing the laundry service is 150m away.The studio is soundproofed with private access and no neighbours on that floor so it has good privacy and is nice and quiet. It’s on the fourth floor without an elevator so being healthy and fit would make things easier for youThe pictures are from when the previous tenant lived there so a couple of things may be different. I’ve added a couple of chairs, the pink mirror and blue coffee table are gone and the shower faucet is replaced because there were issues with the thermostat.Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
