Short term rent 950 including bills.Registration is possible.The area:The apartment is located in Rivierenbuurt (just below the buzzing area of De Pijp). Cycling to the city center takes around 20 minutes or 25 minutes by public transport.Less than 5 minutes walk to surrounding supermarkets. There are plenty of green spaces nearby for walking/ running with Martin Luther King Park and Amstel Park nearby. The room and apartment:The room is small with a bed and wardrobe, however there is plenty of storage outside of the room with access to a large chest of drawers in the living room. In terms of a working space, there is a dining table in the living room which you would be welcome to use as I have a desk in my bedroom. The room gets plenty of beautiful sunlight in the afternoon.The kitchen is pretty well equipped with an espresso machine, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is even a pasta roller. There is a balcony off the kitchen which gets the sun in the morning.And finally there is a separate toilet and a shower/ washroom leading off the hallway of the apartment. A bit about me:I am 36, I work at home around 2-3 days a week. I am a passionate runner, I’m super into cooking, reading and going to art galleries etc, music festivals and some partying every now and again but not too much! I grew up in Scotland and have been living in Amsterdam for two years.If you are interested, please tell me a bit about yourself and we can take it from there to arrange a viewing.
