The bed is not included, but the previous tenant would like to sell you the big closet and dresser for 300€ (make-up table might also be available).We are 2 working women, in their mid/late 20s, from Italy and Portugal. Our 2-floor apartment has a living room, a dining room and the kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. We are looking for another working women to live with us as a sub-tenant. Our house atmosphere is friendly and calm.The rent includes internet, water and electricity/gas. Yearly municipal taxes for water/waste are not included, and will be split proportionally.Please tell us about yourself and what you like/expect in a shared house.
