The room is available immediately. The room itself consists of two rooms, one is 15.32 m^2 the other one 7.70m^2. There are two built-in wardrobes(0.59 and 0.58 m^2) and a small balcony. Room is located on the second floor. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 3 other girls. There’s also one extra toilet on the first floor. All shared facilities are clean and a new tenant is expected to respect weekly cleaning schedule. The bus stop is right in front of the house and it takes around 10 mins to get to the central station. Pets are not allowed.The basic rent for the room is 499€, however due to rising gas prices the total rent currently is equal to 804€.
