Hello :)I am moving out of my room and am now looking for someone else to move in!The room is 20-22 sqm large with its own balcony that only you can access ;). It also offers many storage options with built-in shelves and a lot of light due to a huge window and the balcony door. Additionally, the room has a connecting sliding door to my roommate's room, which you could open or keep closed; whatever you prefer :)You would live with three other female roommates, two are from Germany and one is from Belgium, so we speak English with each other. So I will only rent this room out if you are female. The house is located very close to the HAN University, but even ArtEZ is not far away (12 min by bike). In a few walking minutes you can also take the train from Station Presikhaaf.The room will include a fridge, curtains, and lights of course, although there is an option for you to take over the large desk that I installed.
