Room 20 M2Room: The room is 20 M2, 1st floor, It has a nice decoration fireplace, storage and curtains, also there is a standard 2 person bed, and frame (without mattress) In the house there are 3 other people living, 2 students (that study at Hanze / Rug ) a female and 1 male and 1 working. They speak english/dutch and 1 italian. They are all friendly and social. There is a new bathroom with rainshower and the kitchen has a new fridge, there is also a washing machine.The rent is 495 euro / a month for the room, including utilites ( fair use), min rent is 1 yearThe room is for maximum 1 person, we prefer a student, but a working person is also oke that has proof of employment.The room is free now, so rent will start from the 1st of May or sooner.It is possible to show the room in person or do a video call.located in the City of Assen ( close to Groningen). It is a nice area, with a park, shops, restaurants, the Intercity railway station of Assen is 5 min walk and then it is 20 min in the train to the center of Groningen. ( 4 trains go every hour) There are also direct trains to Zwolle/ Utrecht and Amsterdam ( south/Airport).
