A nice room is available in the 2 bedroom apartment. The other bedroom is being used by the existing flatmate who is a lovely working girl. I'm looking for another girl to take over my room. The apartment is quite warm, 5 min away from Action, Jumbo, Albert Hein and all necessary shops. It's only 10 min by metro to Rotterda Centrum. The metro station Slotlann is in a 2 min walk distance. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe! Gym is also in a walking distance. **REGISTRATION IS POSSIBLE**The landlord prefers one working person who can provide a current work contact and three recent payslips. The existing flatmate also prefers a female flatmate to share the apartment with. The required deposit is equivalent to two months that is EUR 1600. We need someone who is planning to stay for at least a year until 1 Dec 2023, but if you had to leave earlier, you need to replace yourself with another flatmate.
