I'm moving out of my room in Capelle aan den IJssel on May 1st and am subletting the room till August 31st. Preferably looking for a student, working student or recent graduate.The room is fully furnished with a bed and desk and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The house is shared with four other roommates (both male and female).It's a 20 minute bike ride to the Erasmus campus and a 30 minute bike ride to the center.The house has a nice garden area with a table outside, so you can eat lunch outside whenever the weather is nice. Additionally, there is a shared living room.If you're in Rotterdam and want to have a look at the room, just message me and we can set up a date for you to come look at the room. Registration is not possible since the lease is only 4 months and you need to live somewhere for a minimum of 5 months to register.Interesse in deze woning?
