The rooms are located in the area Capelle, near Erasmus university and Rotterdam Alexander trainstation. Transportation time to university and city center is around 10-15 minutes with either bike or public transportation. All bedrooms have a bed, a desk, and a clothing cabinet. The kitchen has all major appliances: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/oven and washing machine. The house is very light due to the big windows on all sides of the apartment. The rent price includes all advance payments for utilities and fees.All rooms are photographed, see pictures below. Room 2: 12 m2 €799Room 4: 12 m2 €849. It has a 3.5m2 private balconyDeposit: €1500. You can book the apartment online by either housing anywhere or directly by me and ensure yourself a room!
