Starting on April 20th, a room will become available in our shared maisonette in Tanthof-Oost. The bedroom is on the second floor and the shared living room on the third floor. This is a social rental property of Stedelink and therefore there are a few conditions: The house is only available for people under 22 years old and you are not allowed to earn more than 25.475€/year. The rent will be 450€ + water and internet.You will be living with a female German phd student. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge and induction oven. For the fridge and oven we ask a contribution of 390 euros. They are both still in excellent condition.
