Hoi peeps!!A cozy room with afternoon/evening sun and view over the Mauritskade in The Hague will become available as per January 1. We are two girls (Rebecka and Milou) looking for a third flatmate to take over this lovely room in our bright apartment.The bedroom is about 16m2, and we share the livingroom, newly renovated kitchen, laundry room, 2 toilets and a shower.Rent: €690* per month, incl. GWE, fast speed internet and cable TV. It’s a 15 min walk to Central Station, 5-8 min bike ride, a bit less to the city center, and located in a great neighbourhood (Denneweg/Frederikstraat). You find tram 1, 9 & 17 around the corner. We are looking for an open person who doesn’t mind spontaneous company, keeping the door open when free and thinks it’s given to say hi/bye when coming home/leaving.You should be in the end of your studies/young professional (preferably 23+) that enjoy occasional nights together, as well as doing your own thing.Even though we have quite different time schedules, we try to find a moment or two in the week to catch up, chilling in the living room, watching a movie or just chatting with food/snacks/tea/drink.Smoking is not permitted in the rooms/fire escape/through windows.
