Hii!From June 10th this room is available (long-term or short-term) in the Keizerstraat in a spacious house with a big roof terrace above a cozy bakery, 200m from the beach of Scheveningen! This will be shared with 2 roommates, Marijn en Annette. We have lived at this dream location with pleasure for quite a while and hope to find a nice roommate that shares our passion for the beach and knows how to keep the public spaces tidy.Living here will be total all incl. €670 per person! We had it at 710, due to energy cost, for a while so we're really happy with this!(we also ask 1-month deposit, as is tradition.)After 3 years of success, the housing agency just gave Marijn the green light for an extension of the contract until April 15th 2023, so we hope to find someone who is just as excited and thankful as us to live here :)We both like watching movies with our projector, spending time at the beach, enjoy parties but also love cozy nights on the couch. Annette is a painter and Marijn is a snowboard instructor!Of course, we have much more in store, but we like to keep it short and simple here.At the moment we prefer a girl who is between 22 years old and 30 years old.
