Room available in a queer-friendly house!! Located on Rijswijkseweg in the ever so beautiful Laakkwartier from mid-February until whenever. The room is on the third floor of the house and is a cosy 16m2. There’s a balcony right outside the room, which has it’s own climate. It doesn’t get that windy on the balcony and the sun shines on it in the afternoon, so a sunny day with 15 degrees weather can easily feel like 25. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with 2 others. There will be a cleaning schedule, so someone who is somewhat tidy would be nice. If you ever get bored, you’ll have 3 lovely roommates right outside your door. We’re all bachelor students studying at Haagse Hogeschool and Leiden University. We enjoy a good party once in a while, but not every week so don’t worry, but would appreciate someone who’s down to join us. We also have a pretty chill landlord who can help you if you need anything. Tram 15 is right outside, which can take you to HS, Centre and Central Station. Tram 1 is a 5 minute walk, and tram 16 and 17 are about 10 minutes away. The Hague University of Applied Sciences is a 15 minute walk and HS is a 20 minute walk.The house is also 10 minutes away from everything you need; Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Action, Aldi, a pharmacy, a bakery, and the best roti you’ll ever try.
