Hey everyone Since our third roommate is leaving end of March a room with a balcony will be available in our shared apartment from 1st April.You will share the apartment with me and other girl. The apartment is very centrally located and diagonally opposite shopping center "De Stede" where you can go for your daily shopping. The extensive Leyweg shopping center is located approximately 5 minutes by bike. Highways and public transport connections can be reached within a few minutes. There is also an unpaid parking in the area.The price of the room is 630€ excl the g/e/w, 100€.
