There is a beautiful and spacious room to rent for anyone who's currently a student! The rent does not include gas, water and electricity, though there are contracts in place for this, and it will be shared with the other tenant. As of right now the contract will go until November 1st, 2022, but if everything goes well and the landlord likes you, the rental contract can be renewed for another year, and so on. This house is available from February 1st, 2022.This apartment is very big, with a huge living room, big windows and it is located on the 2nd floor. It has a balcony attached to the room that is for rent. A nice kitchen with gas oven and stove, separate shower and toilet rooms, including a laundry room. All this is only shared with one other tenant. It's a nice and quiet street with albert heijn only 5 mins by bike and a small super market at the end of the street. Train and bus connections are only 3 mins walking from the apartment. The room that is for rent comes already furnished with a bed and a matching nightstand, which needs to be purchased with the room. It's also very close to the beach! A housing permit is required for this apartment, but can be obtained once moved in, as long as there's proof the appointment is made.
