We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our house in Diemen Noord. We rent the whole house with the 4 of us, and are looking for a new person to join now that someone is leaving. It's a cozy 8m2 room with north-west facing windows is available from 15th of July. The room is in a semi-detached house with three floors, backyard, bathroom with bath/shower and an extra toilet downstairs. The furniture in the room can be bought from the current tenant, and includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair for €270.The rent is €635 month all inclusive. Additionally, there is a one-time deposit of €1000. Registration is required.The neighborhood is right next to the Diemerpolder. A supermarket and other shops are a 3 minutes walk away, bus stop at the end of the road and Diemen train station 12 minutes’ walk away (10 minutes on the train to Amsterdam Centraal). The house is shared with three friendly people (25F/26M/28M) with a laid-back attitude. For instance, we chuck weird things in the deep fryer whenever (like oliebollen), but still let each live our lives in peace (and cleanliness).Any nationality, gender, orientation, etc is welcome, but we are looking for someone at least 24 years old. Worker preferred, no pets allowed, no short stays (minimum 1 year contract). Please note smoking is not allowed inside.If you are interested, send a short description of yourself.
