A furnished bedroom (~12m2) and office (~9m2) are available for rent in a house located on Kolgans street in Diemen north (5-minute biking from the Science Park). The common areas of the house, including the living room and terrace, can be seen in the photos. The house has three floors, with a kitchen, living room, terrace, and a small WC on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three rooms and a bathroom with a shower. The top floor features an attic, a washing machine, and a space for drying clothes.The rooms will be available on February 1st and are to be rented together. You will be sharing the house with two other guys from India and the Netherlands. The monthly rent for the rooms is 850 euros plus utilities, typically around 70-80 euros per month, and include drinking water, gas, electricity, internet, sewage tax, and municipality tax. The rooms are minimally furnished with a bed and table, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture if desired. A deposit of two months' rent is required.
