Hi future flatmate!We are looking for someone new and nice to move into our shared flat in Martin Luther Kinglaan in Diemen.The rent is roughly 634€ / month (619€/month + about 15€/month for two yearly bills (water & garbage tax)), the deposit is 925€.The room comes furnished (bed, desk, and wardrobe) and will be available starting 01.08.2023. Unfortunately, we can not offer registration for this room. The room can be rented either for a temporary or indefinite period (please let us know what you're looking for). Please note that we cannot offer registration unfortunately.Aside from your own room we will all share the bathroom, a spacious living room with TV and Netflix, and a kitchen equipped with a dryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.Our flat in Diemen is in a quiet and nice neighbourhood with all the necessary shops quite close. However, you can be in the center of Amsterdam really quickly by either bike (25 min bike ride to centraal), train (station Diemen), or tram (line 19).You will be living together with 3 other people: Ray, who recently got his diploma for being very brave at the doctor’s office when getting a prick; Justine, who will bravely face French anti-riot water guns with nothing more than an umbrella; and Tom, who likes to scent the flat with the smell of fermented kimchi.We have a chill and cozy co-living atmosphere, where everyone can bring in their thoughts about living together on equal terms - and we like to keep it that way :) We respect each other’s private space, but also like to have a chat, a dinner, or a games night every now and then.We'd appreciate it, if you were interested in living together with other people not for the sole reason that it is cheaper ;)Since we are living with 2 guys & 1 girl at the moment, we are looking for a non-male tenant to keep it a bit balanced.If you think you are a good fit, please send us a short text about who you are and what motivates you to live together with other people in a shared flat.We hope to hear from you,Ray, Justine & TomInteresse in deze woning?
