Hi, we are a Dutch/Australian couple living in a quiet, safe, very nice little suburb next to Strijp-S. We have a 25m2 studio for rent. The studio is located in our backyard. You have your own entrance through a shared gate. There will be a trial period after which the rental period can be extended. The apartment is fully furnished, well-insulated, has floor heating, fast WIFI and the rental price includes all bills. There is a bike available to you in case you need one. Appliances included are a washing machine, microwave/oven combination, coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, a fan, vacuum cleaner, and a small tv. You’ll also have your own outdoor space, incl little garden set.It is a 5-minute walk to the Ketelhuisplein, less than a 10-minute walk to the Strijp-S train station, and about a 10-minute bike ride to Eindhoven Centraal or the Technical University Eindhoven.Interesse in deze woning?
