Hi, We are Buur(wo)men and we occupy the house with the three of us (excluding the leaving tenant), consisting of two women and one man. One of us is working, the other two are studying.The room in question is on the first floor (one flight of stairs), facing the north-eastern side of the building. The room is located in a calm neighborhood. The university or the city center is very close-by, you can reach both around 10 minutes, or less if you enjoy going fast on a bike. The store and multiple bus stops are within a 10 minute walk. There are also a few nice parks in the area.This room has its own kitchenette. The bathroom and toilet will be shared with everyone. Due to this own kitchen, interaction with the rest of the house is fairly minimal. Occasionally we might to do something together, but this rarely happens, so we are not really a "gezellig" house in student house terms. We also do not have a living room, so we are mostly in our own rooms throughout the evening. That being said, we will often chat with each other in the hallways and would not like to live with a ghost! Other than the kitchenette, this room is more than big enough for a double bed, wardrobe and desk, and still leave space to walk comfortably. If you are really creative you can even fit up to 10 guests, but please note that we do not appreciate late night parties! We are looking for someone quiet, calm, clean and tidy, and thoughtful of others. Additionally, you are preferably in your masters or finishing your bachelors, who also matches our general lifestyle. This goes both ways of course, as we do not want to be a nuisance to a new tenant either. We often go to bed relatively early (around 22:30), and get up early as well (around 7:00). If you are looking for a calm place to focus on your studies, or to come home to, this is more than a suitable place to live in!As for myself, I studied Computer Science and & Engineering at the TUe. During my free time I enjoy cycling, fencing, reading, gaming or playing some piano (electric). Usually I will go for a nice ride during the weekend to relax and enjoy the countryside. If you are a fellow road cyclist, we can maybe go out in the weekend together, but fret not, if you are interested in photography or figure skating you will have a hobby in common with one of the other tenants.
