My room in a nice apartment right in the city centre of Enschede will be available from December 1st. The apartment is located a couple of minutes walking from the Oude market and many shops, around 7 min walking to the train station, and around 15 minutes by bike to the University of Twente. The house has a large living room (where we chill together), equipped kitchen, a nice dining place, and a canoe!! The house also has two toilets and one shower and an outside terrace. You would be sharing this place with three friendly guys from Germany and a Dutch one. The room is spacious (16m2), has big windows and the bunk bed that can be seen in the picture is a 2-person bed.The rent of the room is 460 € (incl. gas, electricity & water) this price excludes the Wifi costs, which is about 8 € monthly. In addition there is a fee of 110 € for the shared items the house has, these items include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, and others (when you move out you may sell your share of these items to the new tenant).I will be leaving only my wardrobe, desk, and chair free of charge.Interesse in deze woning?
