Hello everyone,since I am doing a semester abroad in Berlin I am subletting my room in Enschede. The room is extremely close to the main station but still is rather quiet since behind the house there is only a large parking lot (see last picture). The flat is shared with two good friends of mine, which are both Dutch students. One is also doing an internship at the moment and might not be home as much. We value a nice atmosphere in our flat and really enjoy cooking together. About the room: It is a quite small (~10m^2) room that is equipped with a bed, desk + chair, two shelves and a mirror - so everything a student should need. Since some of the stuff is very new I'd value if you would take care of it too :)The flat itself is quite spacious with a nice kitchen (with 2 fridges!) and a large bathroom, including a washing machine.
