I have a spacious room available for rent while I am abroad doing an internship( (from mid July until the end of January). It comes fully furnished and offers ample space, large windows and an incline roof, as it is located on the top floor of the house.The house itself has a welcoming atmosphere with a common dining hall, a small but well-equipped kitchen, one full bathroom, and an additional toilet. The house environment is very relaxed and chill. There will be a total of four occupants in the house, two of whom are young working adults.The location is convenient, as it is only a 15-minute bike ride to the UT and a 5-minute bike ride to Saxon/City centre/ Station. Everyone in the house tends to do their own activities, but we also enjoy each other's company and engaging in conversations whenever our paths cross.
