INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ARE WELCOME!Hi, since I am moving out this month, my room will become available from the 1st of June 2023 until the 1st of September. You can move immediately. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood close to the city centre and within 5-minute walking distance of supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Jumbo), Kruidvat, and Primark. The central university building and Harmonie Building are 10 minutes away. Noorderplantsoen Park is also 5 minutes away if you enjoy a nice stroll in the park.The room is located on the ground floor in a student house. The room would come with the furniture seen in the pictures, you can also bring extra furniture if you want. You have access to a well-equipped kitchen and also a spacious common space. The house has also a backyard. The room costs 550€ with all expenses included such as wifi, electricity or water. There is also a one-month deposit, which will be transferred back to you once the renting period is over.You would share the house with 5 super friendly girls who are also students at RUG. Generally, everybody is doing their own thing, so no obligatory hangouts.
