Greetings everyone, I am currently subletting my room, for the specified period of 1st of August until 1st of February, in Groningen, on Tuinbouwstraat; a quiet neighborhood, very close to a PLUS store and right next to the Noorderplantsoen park. The location of the accommodation is fairly close to the center, and ca. 15 mins with the bike from the Zernike Campus. The room comes fully furnished and will be shared with two other students. Being in a quiet neighborhood, it is advised to keep it this way to not disturb the neighbors and fellow housemates.As in requirements for the room:1. Smoking is not allowed in the room and overall building.2. At the end of the sublease, the room must be clean as you got it. 3.
