Hello everyone! :)One more room becomes available in our house and we are looking for a new housemate! The house is located in the nice and quiet neighborhood Oosterpoort, the central train station is a few minutes away (by bike) and there is a Coop nearby. We are 5 internationals in total (both studying and working) and we prefer to have someone who is in their mid-late 20s also either studying or working. The room itself is on the second floor of the house and has a small balcony. A few shelves will be left behind (see photos), however, the bed will not be there. The rent is 305 euros per month and that is everything included (internet, gas, etc). Since our housemate is permanently leaving, you can take over the contract for unlimited time and when moving in there is one month rent deposit. Registration is also possible!
