It has three rooms in total, and as the chosen tenant, you will have the privilege of renting the first floor. This floor includes a spacious room equipped with a comfortable bed, a desk for studying, a chair, and a closet for your belongings. In addition to this, you'll also have access to a smaller room furnished with a bed, a large desk, a chair, and a small closet. The housemate residing downstairs will only need to use the bathroom.It's important to note that our house is an old-fashioned gem that requires some care and attention. As such, we kindly request that you refrain from leaving food around to avoid attracting mice. During the colder months, we do provide heating, but we ask that you keep the temperature between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius to conserve energy. Regularly opening windows will also help prevent the accumulation of cold air.
