Important: You must be an international student to rent this place.From April 1, 2023 my accommodation in an International Student House will be available. It consists of a bedroom + a private kitchen, for a total area of 32m². The rent is 705€/month (incl.).Your room and the private kitchen are fully furnished (Bed, Matress, Desk, Chairs, Cooking plates, Lamp, Closet, , etc.), and you can stay for a maximum of 12 months.Showers, toilets, washing machines and dryers are shared and available for all residents. There is also an outdoor space with a small garden, bicycle shelters and parking for the cars.The common areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaning company.If you wish to make a visit, you can contact me to arrange that.If you wish to rent the room you will need to contact the renting company directly (I am only the previous tenant who is leaving the place).I am available if you have any questions, Good luck in your housing search !Best,-ClementInteresse in deze woning?
