Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my part in a shared ('friends contract') townhouse in Haarlem, Oude Amsterdamsebuurt, close to Amsterdamse Poort.You'll be sharing the house with Lara (23), Elena (26), and Cristina (29) from Germany/Italy/Spain, who all are studying for a research masters/PhD in economics in Amsterdam. They are nice, hard-working, and fun.The whole house is around 130m2, across three floors. The bottom floor contains one huge common room with kitchen, dining, and living space, plus a small bathroom and a quite large outdoor area with space for gardening. The two other floors each have two private rooms and one bathroom with shower. Your private room (9m2) would be on the top floor, facing the quiet inner yard and the morning sun. You'd share the top-floor bathroom with one other person. Just outside your room there is also a wardrobe which belongs to it and a door leading out to the balcony.The place is available from April 1 and the current contract lasts until 5 September 2023, but we expect to be able to extend it after that.Your share of the monthly rent would be 643.75€ and for utilities (internet+electricity+gas) you'd pay around 50€ per month. There is a deposit of 1250€. Registration is possible. There is the option to buy (some of) the furniture in the room, otherwise the room comes unfurnished.Interesse in deze woning?
