Room is about 16 m2 with shared kitchen (with two tenants) and bathroom (with one tenant). It is first floor of 3 floor house. Total area is 43 m2 (first floor). Location is very center of Hilversum (not Amsterdam), everything is in the walking distance. It is fully furnished, room has double comfortable bed, dark curtains, wardrobe, office desk and chair, book shelve etc. Kitchen has all equipments included. You have all you need to live in the house. You only need to bring your cloths and personal staff. Quite location and house to sleep as we are keeping quite between 10 pm and 7am. Price is all inclusive: electric + gas + water + fiber glass fast wireless internet + local taxes + using washing machine, dryer. Quite and clean place to live. It is new house and has good isolation and heating system. 500 eur deposit is required. One month notice period is required in case of leaving. I do not rent to smokers. Location is 5 minutes walk to the Hilversum main train station, 20 minutes to Amsterdam by train, 15 minutes to Utrecht by train. Supermarket and grocery shop at the corner. Shops, restaurants and bars are within the few minutes walking distance. Address registration is possible for more than 3 months stay. This price is for minimum for 3 months stay.
