Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for this nice independent studio in Martenshoek. It's not exactly in Groningen, but it's only a 10 min train ride away. The studio has a living/bedroom with open kitchen of approx. 18 m2 and a bathroom with shower and toilet of approx. 4 m2. The studio also has a laundry room of approx. 1 m2 and a private outdoor area + space for parking. The rental price 675euro which include gas, water, electricity, TV and internet.It comes unfurnished, but I am giving away the rest of my furnitures.
