This beautiful Suite in building E is part of the campus of the NHL Stenden Hogeschool in Leeuwarden. You will find a fully furnished open kitchen, a living room and separate bedroom. The Suite is equipped with a European king size bed and measures 160cm wide and 200cm long. Underneath the bed you will find drawers for extra storage space. The living area of the Suite is equipped with a big dining table, a large wardrobe, and a cozy couch with separate lounge chair, a 55-inch smart TV and coffee table. The studio also contains a separate study desk with a comfortable office chair so that you can concentrate on your studies. The Suite includes your own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and your own kitchen area with an oven/microwave-combination, stove, sink, refrigerator combination, dishwasher. The kitchen also contains a private washing machine and dryer combination for cleaning your clothes. The suite can also be rented by a couple without extra costs. This suite has pistachio-green color elements on the wall and furniture. Please see the impression photos to get an impression of how the actual studio will look like. NHL Stenden Hogeschool Leeuwarden is only 5 minutes walking from the residence. There are also enough possibilities close by to blow off steam after studying like: climbing hall, cafes, a gym and even a swimming pool. For your daily groceries, there is a supermarket and shopping center within walking distance. Not enough choice? No problem! The old characteristic city center of Leeuwarden with even more shops is just a few minutes away. Within the building the following facilities are available: • A laundry room with washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities • A gym free of charge to use • Two vacuum cleaners on each floor • Free parking for bikes in our secured bike shed • A cozy atrium • In 5 minutes walking (Building A) you will find a café for you daily coffee boost The payments for all utilities like heating, electricity, water and internet are included in your rent. For students with their own car, it is possible to park for free on P2 or to purchase a parking ticket for €350 per year.
