Student room for animal lowers!A friend of mine offers in his house a fully furnished room in Maresingel, Leiden. Preference for a MALE INTERNATIONAL (working) TENANT, > 21 years old. Rent €650. Deposit €800 / all-inclusive (no other costs). The house is in a nice residential area / 5 minutes walking from Leiden Central. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a desk chair and a frigde. The kitchen, the washing machine and the bathroom has to be shared with the owner, his partner and their son. Wifi is present. Start renting contract 15.08.2023, for at least one year. Registration at the city hall is possible. There are 3 dogs and a very suede pig in the house. Not suitable for a couple, no pets allowed.Of course, you could visit the place in person or by video call.
