Hey!We are looking for a new flatmate in our shared house! The available room is spacious and bright in the morning.We will be sharing the toilet/bathroom/living room & kitchen. As you can see, the living room is equipped with a large TV, so sports/ movie nights are also on the programme and we often have shared drinks or dinners.Both male and female flatmates are welcome. We are looking for a person with the following qualities:- Working, or otherwise able to show that the rent is easily affordable- Someone who intentionally chooses for shared living- CLEAN AND TIDY(very important! The house has a strict cleaning schedule), responsible (doing your share of housework) and communicative.-Quite during the week since we are all workingCosts:* 625 euro a month (incl.) (possible 25-30 euros increase in April)* 500 euros deposit*Ideally we are looking for somebody who is willing to take up the furniture (bed, mattress, closet, table, shared furniture, TV Screen).
