We are very strict on this. Please don't send a message if you smoke.Dishwasher in kitchen. Washmachine at top floor.Supermarket at 3 minute walking distance (250m).The Hague university at 30 minutes by bike.TU Delft & Leiden central station 50 minutes by bike.Visits are possible any day; we are quite flexible and easy going.The room will be available from may 1st december 2022.All roommates are calm, friendly and VERY considerate and leave shared living spaces clean after use.
