Subletting apartment March - October We will be subletting our one-bedroom apartment as per the 1st of March and are looking for a couple/ individual interested in subletting until the end of October. Located on the Hertogsingel. Fully furnished Including G/W/E and internet (100 Mbps)* 5 mins from Vrijthof 2 mins from SBE 2 mins from Stadspark/ City park Action, Jan Linders and Aldi all within 5 mins. One month deposit. Monthly rate: €1550. * In the case that energy use falls out significantly higher than expected ( resulting in a yearly compensation bill from the gas company) we will be incurring the addition costs of use from the subletter.
