Dear all, I am looking for a new tenant for my room in a Studenthouse located in the Heugem area in Maastricht. The room is on the top floor so you have a beautiful view over the neighboring gardens. The neighborhood itself is very calm and idyllic. There are a supermarket, Kruitvat, post shop in 4 min walking distance and a bus top 2 mins away from our front door. Also, the FPN faculty of Maastricht University is less than 10 mins by bike. All furniture except of the clothing rack will be sold to the next tenant, so you will not have to worry about dragging heavy furniture up and down the staircase and save time by not having to build anything either. The room will be available starting from the 1st of April, the monthly rent will be 350€ incl. and the deposit will be 500€. So if you are interested, send me a DM so we can schedule a viewing.
