Dear future tenant,I am renting a room about 7m2 at my apartment. The room is available starting the 1st of March. The room is furnished and includes a bed, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and a tv cabinet. The monthly fee is € 460 all in including utilities such as cable tv, internet wifi, gas, tax, water, electricity etc. You will also have to pay a deposit of € 400. The kitchen, living room, balcony, bathroom and toilet are shared facilities in the apartment.The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Nijmegen central station, about 8 minutes walking distance to the train station or 10 minutes walk to the central bus stop. Radboud University is 15 minutes away with a bicycle or 18 minutes with the bus. At 5 minutes walk you have a large grocery store Jumbo, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy and close by you have a dentist. The centre of Nijmegen is within 18 minutes walk. My preference goes out to a roommate that will stay at least 9 months (longer is possible). Desired tenant is not a user of soft or hard drugs. This will not be tolerated. A non smoker, someone who is not too noisy, because I work a lot of irregular shifts and someone who likes cleanliness at home.
