Cozy Room for Rent Location: The house is located in a quiet and green neighborhood. 5 minutes bike to Nijmegen Dukenburg shopping mall/Station. 20 minutes to RU. ️ Room Description:The available room is on the 1st floor (as pictures). It is spacious and well-lit. It comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, closet, a study desk, and a chair. House:- The house is fully equipped and cozy. It has 4 sleeping rooms in total, 1 bathroom on the fist floor and 1 toilet on the ground floor. - You'll share a comfy living room with a 65 inch TV, modern kitchen, dinning area, and relaxing garden with other 2 people. Oh and we always keep it clean and neat, so we hope that you will do the same:) Housemates:A 26 year old Lithuanian working gentleman and a 31 year old Taiwanese lady. We are very friendly, laid-back and open-minded. We both value our privacy and spaces, but sometimes we also enjoy sharing dinners, movies or a good conversation together. Availability:The room is available for rent per August.
